Overview
Selina assists clients in relation to corporate organization and restructuring, registration and compliances of corporations with various government entities, and due diligence projects. She handles referrals with clients across a range of industries including energy, trading and distribution of equipment, pharmaceuticals, and information technology.

- Assisted in conducting due diligence, preparation of an extensive due diligence report on the acquisition of dental clinics, and the subsequent processing of the transfer of shares and post-acquisition compliances
- Assisted in the sale of shares of corporations engaged in trading and distribution of equipment with a transaction cost of at least PhP4 Billion
- Handled the preparation of a legal opinion on the corporate restructuring of a corporation engaged in information technology (IT) consultancy services
- Assisted in the handling of a tax audit and securing a significant reduction in the assessment for a multi-national corporation engaged in the manufacturing of fertilizers and agrochemicals
- Assisted in the corporate housekeeping, including the filing of reports with regulatory agencies, of a publicly listed corporation engaged in the energy sector
- Assisted in the securing of a Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) Regular License under Category AA for a corporation engaged in construction and general engineering
