In this issue, we highlight Administrative Matter (A.M.) No. 25-09-16-SC, or the 2025 Transitory Rules on Electronic Filing and Service in the Supreme Court, which requires the electronic filing and service of documents in the Supreme Court through the eCourtPH platform for covered filers, and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Department Order (D.O.) No. 255, Series of 2025, which adopts the Revised Procedural Guidelines in the Conduct of Voluntary Arbitration Proceedings.
We likewise feature Executive Order No. 105, which modified the rates of import duty on rice, as well as new issuances by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), and Department of Energy (DOE).
