For our first issue for 2026, we cover notable issuances such as the Unified Legal Aid Service (ULAS) Advisory No. 1, Series of 2026 on the launch of the ULAS Portal – Phase 1 and A.M. No. 24-11-02-SC on Proposed Amendments to the Guidelines on the Conduct of Videoconferencing, issued by the Supreme Court, the 2025 NLRC Rules of Procedure issued by the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), as well as new systems introduced by the Securities and Exchange Commission, namely, the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (HARBOR) and the eWATCH Company Monitoring System for Requests of Company Monitoring Clearance.
We also feature other SEC Memorandum Circulars and other issuances of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for the month of January 2026.
