Overview
Sofia is a member of the Firm’s Litigation, Labor, and Immigration Practice Groups. She specializes in civil, criminal, family, labor, and tax litigation. She represents individual and corporate clients across a range of industries including agriculture, allied medical services, banking, business process outsourcing, construction and engineering, power, food and beverage, information and technology, insurance, lending, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and shipping and fuel importation. She has facilitated seminars on various legal topics such as data privacy, labor and related DOLE regulations, and laws for the protection of women and children
