- Assisted in corporate organization, housekeeping, and the maintenance of registrations and permits for various domestic corporations across different industries, including Business Process Outsourcing, renewable energy, and construction
- Assisted in the notification and review process with the Philippine Competition Commission for the acquisition of shares in a corporation operating Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities
- Assisted in various real estate acquisitions, including drafting execution documents, settling taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units, and facilitating the transfer of titles with the Registry of Deeds
- Assisted in handling various tax audits and assessments, drafting replies to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), including responses to Preliminary Assessment Notices, and directly corresponding with BIR examiners to contest tax assessments
- Assisted in various transactions before the Intellectual Property Office (IPOPHIL), including trademark registration, oppositions to trademark registrations and responses to registrability reports
- Handled multiple amendments to Articles of Incorporation and By-laws before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
