Professional Profile
Che-lin is part of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She was previously the head of the Firm’s Tax Practice Group. Che-lin started her law career in 2002 at De Borja Medialdea Bello Guevarra & Gerodias (BMBGG) Law prior to joining the Firm in 2006. She was admitted to the Partnership in 2009. She is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional both for Europe (CIPP/E) and the United States (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Che-lin is also a US Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) essay reviewer.
