On 25 March 2026, GSE Law Firm assisted in the successful conclusion of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations between All Waste Services Inc. and the Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng All Waste Services Inc.-ALU Union at the All Waste Services Plant in Santo Tomas, Batangas. Following collaborative discussions, the parties finalized key economic provisions on rice subsidy, hauling allowance, accident insurance, and loyalty awards.

Through the guidance of the Atty. Carlo Cris V. Gloria and Atty. Kristian Lemuel S. Cruz, the parties successfully signed the CBA, marking a milestone in fostering harmonious labor-management relations.
