We are pleased to announce the elevation of Kristoffer Edward “Kris” C. Iranzo from Junior Partner to Partner. Kris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the De La Salle University – Manila in 2007 and passed his CPA licensure exam in 2008. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013. He is a home-grown talent, having joined the Firm immediately upon taking the Bar Exams. Kris is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Tax, and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. His practice areas include real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate organization and restructuring. Kris sits as a member of the Board of Directors and acts as Corporate Secretary of various corporations.
