Overview
Noslen, also referred to as “Nam”, focuses her practice on corporate and commercial matters, including general corporate counseling and retainer services, corporate organization and restructuring, foreign investments and special registrations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, immigration, intellectual property, and data privacy. She also handles estate planning and settlement, as well as personal and real property transactions.

- Assisted various referrals in securing the necessary business registrations, approvals, permits, and licenses from relevant government agencies and provided legal advice and assistance in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements
- Assisted in various personal and real property transactions, including preparation of execution documents, settlement of taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and local government units, and the transfer of property titles before the Registry of Deeds (RD)
- Assisted referrals with their family and estate matters by providing practical legal advise on estate planning and settlement, including the transfer of shares of stock, real properties, and other assets to heirs, as well as birth registrations and administrative correction of entries in civil registry records
- Assisted in intellectual property matters before the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), including trademark applications and registrations, Declarations of Actual Use (DAUs), and responses to office actions and registrability reports
- Handled immigration requirements for foreign employees of corporate clients, including the processing of visas, alien employment permits, and related applications
- Handled data privacy registrations with the National Privacy Commissions (NPC), preparation of compliance documents, and advisory services on data privacy obligations
