His practice focuses on corporate secretaryship, real property transactions, and settlement of estate. He represents clients across a range of industries including aviation, energy, business process outsourcing, and gaming. He assists clients in ensuring their compliance with the regulatory and reportorial requirements with several agencies such as the Civil Aeronautics Board, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, Home Development Mutual Fund, and various Local Government Units. He also aids corporate clients with the documentary requirements needed for transfers of real property and shares of stock.
Representative Work
- Assisted in securing a more than eighty-percent reduction in the amount assessed against a multi-million peso corporation following an audit conducted by the BIR
- Assisted in securing Authorities to Import for various aircraft and an extension of the Temporary Operating Permit for a corporation which has been granted a franchise to operate an airline by Congress
- Assisted in corporate housekeeping and compliance with regulatory requirements for the subsidiary of a US-based company engaged in emission testing
