Overview
His practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution of civil and criminal cases, including providing legal advice and recommendations to clients. He has represented clients before various court levels both within and outside Metro Manila. He has extensive experience in handling labor cases before the National Labor Relations Commission and regularly advises clients on employment matters and policies. He handles immigration matters, which includes applying for various visas and employment permits for foreign nationals. He has experience in contract review and is an effective negotiator to achieve an amicable settlement, as far as practicable.
