As we step into our 20th anniversary, we are pleased to announce the admission of Julian Elizar “Torc” D. Torcuator to the Partnership, effective 01 January 2026.

Torc joined GSE Law Firm’s Corporate Practice Group in December 2017. He completed his Batchelor of Arts in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2013 and Juris Doctor Degree from Ateneo de Manila School of Law (with Honors) in 2017. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018. Torc’s practice focuses on corporate reorganization and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, taxation, real property transactions, foreign investments, retail trade, anti-trust, and data privacy.
