01 January 2019 – Promotions
We are pleased to announce that Jansen F. Bernardo (UP ’10, San Beda Law ’14 – ranked 8th) and Paul Vincent T. Cunanan (UST ’08, San Beda Law ‘14) were promoted from Associate to Senior Associate effective 01 January 2019.
Jansen joined the Firm in December 2014 as a member of the Corporate Practice Group. His primary practice areas are corporate and commercial law, such as real estate transactions, corporate organization and restructuring, energy, estate planning and special projects. He likewise handles referrals on intellectual property, labor, and immigration laws.
Paul likewise joined the Firm in December 2014 as a member of the Corporate and Tax Practice Groups. His primary practice areas are in corporate and commercial law, acquisitions, real estate transactions, aviation, corporate organization and restructuring, capital markets and securities, and intellectual property. He also practices taxation law, handling tax assessments, tax planning, and tax litigation.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Mario Lorenzo V. Corpus (Ateneo ’10, Ateneo Law ’14 – with honors) and Pamela Marie R. Yson (Ateneo ’10 – with honors, Ateneo Law ’14 – with honors) from Junior Associate to Associate effective 01 January 2019.
Lorenz began his career in law as an Associate at Puyat Jacinto & Santos Law Offices in 2014 and had a brief stint with De la Rosa & Nograles Law Offices in 2016. He joined the Firm in May 2016 as a member of the Litigation and Labor Practice Groups. His primary practice areas are labor and employment and civil and criminal litigation.
Pam began her career in law as a Junior Associate at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia in 2015. Thereafter, she worked at Escudero Marasigan Vallentee & E.H. Villareal and the Public Attorney’s Office. She joined the Firm in May 2017 as a member of the Litigation and Labor Practice Groups. Her primary practice areas are civil and criminal litigation and labor and employment.
