Kristoffer Edward C. Iranzo
is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Tax Practice Groups. His primary practice areas are real estate transactions and taxation law.
Kris has substantial experience in preparing documentation and assisting clients on real estate transactions. He gives advice and assistance on various corporate and commercial law referrals, including complex special projects. He has experience in handling tax assessments, tax planning, tax litigation and applications for confirmatory rulings and tax treaty reliefs. Kris likewise assists foreign clients with their immigration compliance requirements.
He represents clients before the Court of Tax Appeals, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Immigration, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Board of Investments, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Registry of Deeds, and other government agencies.
He began his law career with the Firm in 2013.
Kris is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University – Manila in 2007 and passed the CPA licensure exam in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2012. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012.
