Gelacio C. Rivera IV is a part of the Firm’s Labor, Litigation and Immigration Practice Groups. His primary practice areas are labor and employment and civil and criminal litigation.
Chino practices civil, criminal, labor and administrative litigation. He also advises and prepares documentation for clients on various areas of labor and employment. He also handles immigration referrals.
Chino represents clients before trial courts, Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He also appears before various administrative and quasi-judicial bodies such as the Department of Labor and Employment, National Labor Relations Commission, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board and the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board, among other agencies.
He started his law career in the Labor and Litigation Department of Kho Bustos Malcontento Argosino Law Offices. He joined the Firm in 2015.
Chino obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University – Manila graduating with Honorable Mention in 2007. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College in 2014. Chino was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015.
